#272 09-07-71 Restrict Parking Pennsylvania Ave S78 Resolution No. 272 September 7, 1971 Member Ulstad introduced and read the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Restricting Parking - on either side of Pennsylvania Avenue South) WHEREAS, the Village Council has the power and authority, pursuant to Section 700:199-34 Subdivision 39, of the Village Code, to designate no parking zones and areas, and it appears that no parking zone at any time should be created on either side of Pennsylvania Avenue South from its intersection with Laurel Avenue on the north to the intersection of said Pennsylvania Avenue South with State Trunk Highway No. 12 on the south; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council for the Village of Golden Valley that no parking shall be permitted at any time on either side of Pennsylvania Avenue South from its intersection with Laurel Avenue on the north to the intersection of said Pennsylvania Avenue South with State Trunk Highway No. 12 on the south. Mayor Attest: Village C1 erk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Paulson, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Stockman, Teresi, and Ulstad; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1
