#283 10-18-71 Call Outstanding Bonds9-9 Resolution No. 283 October 18, 1971 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION TO CALL OUTSTANDING BONDS WHEREAS it is hereby determined that in the resolutions cited below providing for the form and issuance of various improvement bonds of the Village of Golden Valley, the Village Council retained the right to exercise an early call of certain bonds subject to availability of funds and subject to certain provisions of the bond agreements, AND WHEREAS it is hereby determined that in certain sinking funds there exist available cash balances to make a call of bonds as provided, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council hereby orders called for payment the following bonds on February 1, 1972: 1. Bonds numbered 801-1000 of lateral. Sewer Improvement No. 1, bonds dated February 1, 1955, at par in accordance with Resolution #114 dated April 12, 1955. 2. Bonds numbered 296-375 of Lateral Sewer Improvement No. 1, bonds (Second Series) dated February 1, 1956, at par in accordance with Resolution #153 dated April 12, 1956. 3. Bonds numbered 751-1000 of Trunk Sewer Improvement No. 2, bonds dated February 1, 1956, at par in accordance with Resolution #153 dated April 12, 1956. 4. Bonds numbered 231-320 of Improvement Bonds of 1957, Third Series dated August 1, 1957, at par in accordance with Resolution #63 dated July 91 1957• (Bonds numbered 321-335 previously called February 1, 1960 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby ordered to notify the holders of said bonds and the paying agents therefore of this action prior to December 315 1971. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Paulson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Stockman, Teresi, and Ulstad; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
