#300 12-20-71 Provide Amendments to Personnel ResolutionU. 1 Resolution No. 300 December 20, 1971 Member Paulson introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION PROVIDING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO PERSONNEL RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Village Manager is authorized to make the following changes in "Special Personnel Policies For Uniformed Police Division up to and including rank of Sergeant, amended to 1-1-1971. 1. "Sec. 4 Vacation" is amended to provide for ten additional days leave each year in lieu of holidays. 2. "Sec. 2, Police Educational Incentive Pay" is amended to provide that any employee hired after 1-1-1972 shall not be paid educational incentive pay for the first 90 credits leading to a college degree in police administration or related field. Educational incentive pay shall apply to a maximum of 90 credits being the later credits necessary for a four year degree. WHEREAS, the Village Manager having completed 20 years of Municipal Management shall be granted four weeks vacation per year which shall be entered on his vacation record March 1, 1972, and each anniversary thereafter. Mayor Attest: 129 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ulstad, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Stockman, Teresi, and Ulstad; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
