#312 01-03-72 Establish State Aid Duluth Street14 Resolution No. 312 January 3, 1972 Member Ulstad introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS (Duluth Street From Winnetka Avenue to Kelly Drive) WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the road described as follows, to -wit: Duluth Street from Winnetka Avenue to Kelly Drive be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designa- tion of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of Golden Valley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 330.
