#326 01-17-72 Establish Municipal State Aid Turner's CrossroadResolution No. 326 January 17, 1972 Member Ulstad introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS (Turner's Crossroad from Glenwood Avenue to a Point 755 Feet North of Glenwood Avenue) WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that the street hereinafter described should be desig- nated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the road described as follows, to wit: Turners Crossroad, from Glenwood Avenue to a point 755 Feet North of Glenwood Avenue be, and hereby is established, located and designated _a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby author- ized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that, same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of Golden Valley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 332. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stockman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following mem- bers voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Riggs, Stockman and Ulstad; and the following members voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor. and his sig- nature attested by the Village Clerk.
