#362 06-05-72 Terminate Access Winnetka and Plymouth AvenuesResolution No. 362 June 5, 1972 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Terminating Access at Winnetka and Plymouth Avenues) WHEREAS, it appears in the interests of the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area of the intersection of Plymouth Avenue and Winnetka Avenue within the Village of Golden Valley to take such action, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the Village Engineer be, and he hereby is, directed to take all appropriate action so as to close off and terminate access from the East side of Winnetka Avenue on to Plymouth Avenue within the Village of Golden Valley. Village Clerk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Paulson, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Riggs, Stockman, and Ulstad; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1 1
