Member Hoover introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat and Approval of Plan -
Hidden Village - Planned Unit Development
Number Six)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to
due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned
Unit Development (Number Six) and plat to be known as Hidden Village and covering
the following described tracts of land:
"Parcel 1:
That part of Lot 12 "Auditor's Subdivision #346, Hennepin County, Minnesota",
lying South of a line drawn parallel with the North line of said Lot 12
and drawn from a point on the East line of Lot 12, 103 feet South from the
Northeast corner thereof.
Parcel 2:
That part of Lot 12, "Auditor's Subdivision #346, Hennepin County,
Minnesota", lying North of a line drawn parallel with the North line of
said Lot 12 and drawn from a point on the East line of Lot 12, 103 feet
South from the Northeast corner thereof.
Parcel 3:
Lot 9 and Lot 11, "Auditor's Subdivision #346, Hennepin County, Minnesota".
Parcel 4:
Lot 13 and that part of Lot 26 described as follows: Beginning at the
most Southerly corner thereof; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly
line of said lot a distance of 143 feet; thence Easterly in a straight
line to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 13; thence Southwesterly along the
Southeasterly line of Lot 26 to the point of beginning, "Auditor's Sub-
division #346, Hennepin County, Minnesota's.
Parcel 5:
That part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 332 Township 118,
Range 21, lying North of 19th Avenue North and East of the Southerly
extension of the West line of Lot 9, Auditor's Subdivision #346•"
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Golden Valley, that said proposed plat and Planned Unit Development be, and
the same hereby is, accepted and approved and the proper officers of the
Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy
of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Member Ulstad and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Riggs, and Ulstad; and the following voted
against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Acting
Village Clerk.
