#417 09-05-72 State Project No. 2735-1121 1 e 307 Resolution No. 417 September 5, 1972 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (State Project No. 2735-112 (T.H. 100=130) BE IT RESOLVED that the Village enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to wit: to provide for the Village's contractor to perform concrete walk construction and associated sodding of disturbed areas along the north side of County State Aid Highway No. 66 from the east side of the West Frontage Road of the Trunk Highway No. 100 traffic interchange and extending easterly to the west side of the entrance to the East Frontage Road and ramp, and to provide for the Village with its own forces to construct 2 inches of aggregate base surfaced with 2 inches of bituminous walk upon and along those areas between the afore- said concrete walk to be constructed under contract and the implace curb. In addition, the agreement provides for the State to pay to the Village 100 percent of the costs of the aforesaid construction based on final quantities of work performed computed at the agreed unit prices contained in the agreement. Said construction has been designated by the State as Project No. 2735-112 (T.H. 100=130). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Village Manager be and they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement. (Cooperative Construction Agreement No. 572117). Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member nstad, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Riggs, Stockman, and Ulstad; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was de- clared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
