Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat and Approval of Plan -
Briar Wood
Planned Unit Development Number Seven)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to
due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned
Unit Development (Number Seven) and plat to be known as Briar Wood and covering
the following described tracts of land:
'The most Easterly 181.00 feet of Tract A, and the
Northerly 95.00 feet of the Easterly 181.00 feet
lying Southerly of the Northerly 95.00 feet of
Tract B, all in Registered Land Survey No. 1152
according to the plat on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin; subject to an easement for roadway
purposes over, under and across the Southerly and
Easterly 30.00 feet thereof;
Also that part of the North 1/2 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 18, Township'29, Range 24, lying
North of a line running parallel to the North line
of said Northwest 1/4 from a point on the East line
thereof distant 990 feet South of the Northeast
corner thereof; except the East 593 feet of the
North 470 feet thereof; and except that part embraced
in Dawn Acres Second Addition, and also except that
part of the West 567 feet of the South 610 feet
thereof lying East of the East line of Trunk Highway
No. 100. Subject to rights acquired by the Village
of Golden Valley for road purposes in Doc. No. 671577,
files of Registrar of Titles, and to rights acquired
for Trunk Highway No. 100.11
WHEREAS, all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE Village Council of the Village of
Golden Valley, that said proposed plat and Planned Unit Development be, and
the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the
Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy
of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Member Paulson and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Riggs, Stockman, and Ulstad; and the
following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature
attested by the Village Clerk.
