#585 10-15-73 Accept Plat Vallee D'or First Addition180 Resolution No. 585 October 15, 1973 Member Moberg introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat and Approval of Plan - Vallee D'or 1st Addition Planned Unit Development Number Five) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit Development Number Five and plat to be known as Vallee D'or Village and covering the following described tract of land: "That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 118, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the South- west 1/4; thence Easterly along the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of 33.00 feet; thence Northerly on a line 33.00 feet East of and parallel with the West line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of 330.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence Easterly at a right angle to the East line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence Northerly along said East line to the North line of said Southwest 1/4 of the South- west 1/4; thence Westerly along said North line to a point which is 33.00 feet East of said West line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence Southerly on a line 33.00 feet East of and parallel with said West line to the point of beginning; except the North 16.50 feet thereof." WHEREAS, all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat and Planned Unit Development be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. Attest: Village Clerk ayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Hoover and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Moberg, Riggs, and Ulstad; Member Bix abstained, and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1 r i 1
