#591 11-19-73 Traffic Signal Controller Winnetka nad Plymouth•6 Resolution No. 592 November 19, 1973 Member Bix introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Traffic Signal Controller at Winnetka and Plymouth) WHEREAS, Hennepin County has installed traffic signals under agreement with the Village of Golden Valley on Winnetka Avenue at Plymouth, and WHEREAS, A traffic controller has been placed in front of a residence at the northwest corner of Plymouth and Winnetka which is detrimental to said residence view and aesthetics, and WHEREAS, The costs of relocating such traffic controller are estimated at $5,000 by the County, which makes the relocation unfeasible, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Village Council request Hennepin County to meet with the property owner and, as a part of the contract, camouflage or landscape the traffic controller in an acceptable manner with the property owner. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Moberg, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bix, Hoover, Moberg, Riggs, and Ulstad; the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1
