#620 04-01-74 Easement Vacation 6520 Glenwood Avenuem Resolution No. 620 April 1. 1974 Member Hoover introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Easement Vacation — 6520 Glenwood Avenue) WHEREASs A Petition of the majority of the owners of real property adjacent to the tracts of land described below has been duly filed with the City Council., and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published and has heard all interested persons., and it appearing that in the interest of the public that that certain easement over the following described tracts of land be vacated, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Golden Valley that the aforesaid easement over the following described tracts of land, be., and the same is hereby vacated: That certain easement for drainage covering that Part of Lot 6, lying South of the North 558 feet thereof., Auditor's Subdivision No, 3223 Hennepin Countyp Minnesota$ described as follows: All that part of the above described tract lying easterly and northeasterly of the following described line; commencing at a point on the north line of said tract, said point being 100 feet westerly of the north- east corner; thence southerly and parallel to the east line of said tract 75 feet; thence southeasterly 145 feet to a point on the east line of said tracts said point being 175 feet south of the northeast corners and there terminating.
