#637 05-06-74 Order Construction Improvement 74-SI-7'60 Resolution No. 637 May 61 1974 Member Bix introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS 74 -SI -7 BE IT RESOLVED., by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley., Minnesota., as follows: 1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 P.M.., at the address of 7$00 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley., Minnesotat after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law., this Council has consulted the view of all persons interested,, and2 being fully advised of the pertinent factsp does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for the said Cityo in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notices except as follows: NONE 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if it seems advisable to do so.) 3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid in part out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the con- struction of said proposed public improvements, and is hereby authorized$ ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvements and submit the same to the City Council for approval at the earliest possible date.
