#640 05-06-74 Personnel Policy261 Resolution No. 640 May 6, 1974 Member Hoover introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Personnel Policy) WHEREAS, The Village Council desires to extend to certain general employees comparable benefits to those granted to organized employees; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Village Personnel Resolution be amended to provide for ten (10) holidays and that the day after Thanksgiving be added to the list of holidays, such provision to be effective January 1, 1975; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That effective April 28th a wage increase of 1% up to a maximum of Eight Dollars ($8.00) per month, as -rounded off to the nearest dollar, be granted. Such wage increase shall apply generally to permanent full-time employees that are not included in organized groups or groups with which the Village has entered into agreements. The Village Manager shall have discretion in listing and approving the wage changes by individuals or groups, provided that such change shall not apply to the Village Manager or the five principal department heads. Mayor -' i Attest: City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bix, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bix, Hoover, Moberg, and Riggs; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
