Member Moberg introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat and Approval of
General Plan - Dover Hill - Shelter
Development Corporation -
Planned Unit Development Number Eight)
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit Development
Number Eight and plat to be known as Dover Hill and covering the following
described tract of land:
"That portion lying North of a line 785.4 feet
South of the North line of Section 29,
Township 118, Range 21, of all of the property
hereinafter described:
The East 42 2/3 rods of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 29,
Township 118 North, Range 21 West, of the
fifth principle meridian according to the
U. S. Government Survey, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, and all of that part of the
Northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 29, Township 118, Range 21,
lying West of the Minneapolis, Northfield
and Southern Railroad right of way subject
to restrictions, reservations and
easements of record."
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat and Planned Unit Development
be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of
the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy
of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Member Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Anderson, Hoover, Moberg, and Riggs; and the following voted
against the same: Bix, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
