#728 12-16-74 Street Vacation Manor DriveResolution No. 728 December 16, 1971 Member Hoover introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Street Vacation - The Northwesterly 10 feet of Manor give) WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing that in the interest of the public the Northwesterly 10 feet of Manor Drive be vacated, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said portion of said public street lying within the cor- porate limits of said City as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the said limits of the said City, be, and the same is hereby vacated: The Northwesterly 10 feet, as measured at right angles to the Northwesterly line thereof, of all that part of Manor Drive lying Northeasterly of a line 10 feet Northeasterly of the Northeasterly line of Kewanee Way extended and Southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of Crestview Avenue extended; reserving to the City an easement for public utility purposes and the maintenance thereof on, over, and across all of said vacated North- westerly 10 feet as described above. z2tA� I Mayor Attest: City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bix and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Bix, Hoover, and Riggs; and the following voted against the same: Anderson, Moberg, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. 11
