#815 10-06-75 Accept Plat Jack Gallant PUD #141,12 Resolution No. 815 October 6, 1975 Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat and Approval of Plan — Jack Gallant — Planned Unit Development Number Fourteen) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit Development Number Fourteen and plat to be known as Galant Patio Townhouses First Addition and covering the following described tract of land: Except the North 495 feet thereof; all that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 118 North, Range 21 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing on the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of said Section 30, distance 26 2/3 rods East of the Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4; thence South in a straight line, distance of 60 rods; thence East parallel with the North tine of said quarter section, a distance of 26 2/3 rods; thence North parallel with the West line of said quarter section, a distance of 60 rods; thence West along the North line of said quarter section, a distance of 26 2/3 rods to the point of beginning lying Southeasterly of a strip of land conveyed to the County of Hennepin by Warranty Deed recorded on Book 68 of Hennepin County Records, Page 3756059. WHEREAS all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat and Planned i Development be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the pro er off' ers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sig the ori 'nal nd copy of said plat and to do all other things necessary d op in a premises.
