#030 05-03-76 Order Construction Improvement 76-SS-3Resolution No. 30 Member Swartz introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Ordering Construction of Certain Proposed Public Improvements) 76—SS-3 May 3, 1976 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden -'Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 P.M., at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the view of all persons interested, and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for the said City, in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice, except as follows: 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if it seems advisable to do so.) 3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid in part out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the construction of said proposed public improvements, and is hereby authorized, order— ed and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvements and submit the same to the City Council for approval at the earliest possible date.
