#104 12-06-76 Approve Tax Forfeit Property Sale285 Resolution No. 104 December 6, 1976 Member Swartz introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Tax forfeit Property Sale) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley has received from the County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota for non—payment of 1968 Real Estate Taxes, and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non—conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non—conservation land, be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved, as follows: The East one (1) foot of Lot 13, Block 59 First Add'n to Lakeview Heights. December 6, 1976 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hoover, Johnson, Swartz and Thorsen and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1 Lj
