#108 11-21-77 Participate TH 55 Pedestrial Bridge MnDOTL� 1 Resolution #108 November 21, 1977 Member Johnson introduced and read the following written resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION (Cost participation on TH #55 Pedestrian Bridge with MN/DOT) BE IT RESOLVED, that the City enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit: to provide for the construction, under a contract let in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an agency contract entered into by the City and the State, of the pedestrian -bicycle bridge, and to provide for the State to pay, using Chapter 199/Chapter 454 funds, the contractor an amount equal to 33.33 percent of the costs not reimbursable under Federal -aid funding of all of the aforesaid pedestrian -bicycle bridge construction. In addition, this agreement provides for the State to pay directly to the City an amount equal to 8 percent of the State's share of construction costs as the State's proportionate share of construction engineering costs incurred by the City in connection with the construction of said pedestrian - bicycle bridge.
