6. The Parks and Recreation Director shall establish such other
rules and permit procedures for usage of the buildings and
grounds at Brookview Community Center relating to the consump-
tion of liquor, including but not limited to hours of operation,
as he or she shall in his or her discretion deem necessary and
appropriate in the: circumstances, subject to review by the City
Council when so requested.
7. All parties consuming liquor pursuant to the authority established
by Ordinance No. 471 and this Resolution, shall be required to
conform to all City and State Liquor laws and in U suing permits
hereunder, the Parks and Recreation Director may reasonably consider
their ability to do so.
8. The Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Golden Valley
shall have the authority to issue permits for usage of the facility
when such usage can reasonably be expected to conform to all the
requirements of this Resolution as hereinabove provided. Each
applicant for a permit shall furnish the Director with the name
of a single person responsible for compliance with the regulations
established herein.
9. Violations of the conditions of this Resolution shall result in
the Parks and Recreation Director denying future permits for
usage of the facilities, forfeiture of security deposits, or
denial of the privilege to play on the Brookview Golf Course for
a year's period. Nothing in the above shall res ct vi rs
from also being prosecuted under applicable Ci y rdin ce of
Federal or State laws.

seconded by Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Member Anderson introduced and read the written resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
78 SS 2
BE IT RESOLVED, by -,the City Council of the City of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 P.M., at the
address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota,
after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this
Council has consulted the view of all persons interested, and, being fully
advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the
construction of certain proposed public improvements for the said City,
in accordance with the desctiption of said improvements contained in said
notice, except as follows:
2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are
feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not,
in connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the
right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if
it seems advisable to do so.)
3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid in part out of special
assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
4. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the construct-
ion of said proposed public improvements, and is hereby authorized, ordered
and instructed to prepare final plans and specificatioor said improve -
