Member Anderson introduced and read the following written resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION OROERIr!IG CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
78 LF 1
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 P.M., at the
address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota,
after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council
has consulted the view of all persons interested, and, being fully advised
of ther pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construct-
ion of certain proposed public improvements for the said City, in accordance
with the description of said improvements contained in said notice, except
as follows:
2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are

of said proposed public improvements, and is hereby auth ized, o red and
instructed to prepare, -final plans and specifications f r said i ovements and
submit the same to the City Council for approval at earii p sib le date.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
members voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hoover, Johnson, Stockman and
Thorsen, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and
his signature attested by the Clerk.
