#048 06-06-78 Canvassing Returns Special ElectionResolution #48 June 6, 1978 Member Stockman introduced and read the written resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF SPECIAL CITY ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that it is hereby found, determined and declared that the election held in and for said City on June 6, 1978, was in all respects duly and legally called and held and the returns thereof have been duly canvassed and the voted cast at said election for and against the question submitted to the electors were as follows: Shall the City of Golden Valley bororw money by issuing its general obligation bonds in the amount of $575,000 for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping two new fire stations in and for the City? and said proposition having received the aDDrova a m i itv of the votes cast thereon, is hereby declared to have carrie .
