(Turners Crossroad from Glenwood Avenue to Point 755 Feet North of Glenwood)
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that
the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street
under the provisions of Minnesota Laws:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that the road described as follows, to -wit:
TURNERS CROSSROAD FROM GLENWOOD AVENUE TO A POINT 755 FEET NORTH OF GLENWOOD 332
be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said city subject to
the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of
Highways for his consideration.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Anderson, Hoover, Johnson, Stockman and Thorsen and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
