Member Thorsen introduced and read the written resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat and Approval of Plan -
Sachs, Friedell and Goldman
Planned Unit Development Number 18A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to
due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit
Development Number 18A and plat to be known as Laurel Estates and covering the
following described tract of land:
That part of Lot 7 lying South of the North 150 feet thereof,
and the South 1/2 of Lot 8 except the East 170 feet thereof,
Meadowbrook Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley,
that said above -referenced plat and Planned Unit Development Number 18 A be,
and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the
City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the ori nal and copy of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and prop r in t4e-�premises.

motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted
in favor thereof: Anderson, Hoover, Johnson, Stockman and Thorsen and the
following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by
the City Clerk.
