#077 07-02-79 Accept Plat Golden Valley State Bank AdditionResolution # 77 July 2, 1979 Member Johnson introduced and read the written resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are Xreby authorized and instructed to sign the original copy of said plat d to all things necessary and proper in the premises. MAYOR ATTE JOHN MUPPHY, CITY CLERK The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stockman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Hoover, Johnson, Stockman and Thorsen and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was delcared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the City Clerk. RESOLUTION - Golden Valley State Bank Addition) (Acceptance of Plat WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Golden Valley State Bank Addition covering the following described tract of land: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 21, described as beginning at a point on the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 264 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof, which point is marked by a judicial landmark; thence East along a line parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarterof the Northeast Quarter to its intersection with a line parallel with and 165 feet East of the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, which intersection is marked by a judicial landamrk; thence South along last said parallel line and its extension south to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of 6th Avenue North as described in Hennepin County Commissioner's proceedings dated April 27, 1925, which intersection is marked by a judicial landmark; thence North- easterly along said Northerly right of way line to its intersection with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along said South line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 355 feet East of the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the North- east Quarter; thence North along last said parallel line to the center line of Bassett's Creek as shown on the p+tat of Becon Addition; thence Northwesterly along said center line to its interseciton with the West linesaid Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along said West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning.
