#118 12-03-79 Order Improvements RSL 99Resolution #118 December 3, 1979 Member Stockman introduced and read the written resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RSL 99 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: I. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 P.M., at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the view of all persons interested, and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construc- tion of certain proposed public improvements for the said City, in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice, except as follows: 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvements. (The Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements it it seems ad- visable to do so). 3.. The cost of said improvements shall be paid in part out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. Northern States Power Company is hereby designated to construct said proposed public improvements. ROBERT R. HOOVER, MAYOR ATTEST: i JOHN MURPHY, ITY CLERK The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Johnson and Stockman and the following voted against the same: Anderson and Thorsen, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1
