Resolution #131 December 17, 1979 Member Anderson introduced and read the written resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION Acceptance of Plat and Approval of Plan Planned Unit Development Unit 25 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit Development Number 25 and plat to be known as and covering the following described tract of land: That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 31, Township 118, Range 21, described as beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence North along the West line thereof 402.7 feet; thence East parallel to the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, a distance of 258.7 feet; thence North parallel to said South line to the East line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence south along said East line to a line drawn parallel to and 16.5 feet north of the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence West along the last described line 836 feet; thence South parallel to said East line to said South line; thence West to the point of beginning except the West 250 feet of the most Northerly 200 feet thereof. WHEREAS, all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said above referenced plat and Planned Unit Development Number 25 be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authroized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.
