Member Stockman introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
Rescinding Certain Prior Resolutions
Respecting Public Improvements
78 WM 3, 78 SI 8, 78 LF 2, and RSL 88
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley has previously held
public hearings with respect to public improvements 78 WM 3, 78 SI 8, 78 LF 2,
and RSL 88; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said public hearings the council has ordered the
construction of certain of the above -referenced pbulic improvements and has
also ordered the approval of plans and specifications for said improvements
and the manner in which said improvements shall be constructed, and
WHEREAS, the platted area within which the aforesaid public improvements
were proposed to take place is now being altered and amended in terms of street
and utility layout and design, pursuant to a replat of said area, as a result
ofwhich it is no longer feasible to construct the above -referenced public
improvements as originally planned,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Golden
Valley that it hereby rescinds and revokes in their entirety, resolutions no.
83 and 84 authorizing construction, plans and manner of construction for public
improvement 78 WM 3;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Golden Valley
hereby rescinds and revokes in their entirety resolutions nos. 85 and 86 pro-
viding for the construction, plans and manner of construction for public im-
provement 78 SI 8;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Golden Valley
hereby resincds and revokes in their entirety resolutions nos. 87 and 88 providing
for the construction, plans and manner of construction for public improvement
78 LF 2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Golden Valley
hereby resinds and revokes in its entirety resolution no. 108 providing for the
construction of that certain public improvement heretofore designated as RSL 88.

The motion for.the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member
Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen and the following voted
against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Clerk.
