Member Anderson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
Vacation of Street, Drainage and Utility
Easements in Golden Valley Estates
WHEREAS, a petition of the majority of the owners of real property
adjacent to the street described below has been duly filed with the City Council,
and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published
and has heard all interested persons and it appearing that in the interest of the
public that said street, drainage and utility easements be vacated,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that that portion of a public street lying within the corporate limits of
said City as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the
said limits of said City, be and the same now is hereby vacated:
That part of Castle Court as platted in Golden Valley Estates
which lies westerly of a line drawn from the Southeast corner
of Lot 8, Block 2, Golden Valley Estates to the Northeast
corner of Lot 22, Block 1, Golden Valley Estates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the`City of Golden Valley
that those certain drainage and utility easements lying within the corporate
limites of said City as described below, as the same are now laid out and dedicated
within the said limits of said City, be and the same now are hereby vacated:
All drainage and utility easements as dedicated on Lots 22, 23
and 24, Block 1, Golden Valley Estates and Lots 8, 9, and 10,
Block 2, Golden Valley Estates.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Stockman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen and the following voted against
the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Clerk.
