#145 01-21-80 Approve Transfer of CDBG Funds1
Resolution #145 January 21, 1980 -
Member Johnson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
RELATING TO TRANSFER OF CDBG FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Golden Valley has passed resolutions supporting
its inclusion in the Urban Hennepin County Block Grant application; and
WHEREAS, the City has received funding through the block grant projects
each year since the grant's inception in 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City has a number of these projects where completion is no
longer feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Golden Valley wishes at
this time to transfer funds from projects laid out in Exhibit A, where completion
is no longer feasible to existing projects of a different nature, as stated in
Exhibit A.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the clerk.
