#205 05-05-80 Approve Transfer of CDBG Funds1 1 1 Resolution #205 May 5, 1980 Member Johnson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRANSFER OF CDBG FUNDS WHEREAS, the City of Golden Valley has passed resolutions supporting its inclusion in the Urban Hennepin County Block Grant application; and WHEREAS, the City has received funding through the block grant projects each year since the grant's inception in 1975; and WHEREAS, the City has a number of these projects where completion is no longer feasible; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Golden Valley wishes at this time to transfer funds from projects laid out in attached Exhibit A where completion is no longer feasible, to existing projects of a different nature, as stated in Exhibit A. ROSEMARY THORSL- YOR ATTEST: JOHN MURPHY, i ITY CLERK The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Clerk.
