#257 09-24-80 Accept Plat Calvary Square PUD No. 26Resolution #257 September 24, 1980
Member Anderson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT OF CALVARY SQUARE PUD NO. 26
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NUMBER 26
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to
due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit
Development Number 26 and a plat made a part thereof to be known as Calvary
Square PUD No. 26 covering the following described tract of land:
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Auditor's Subdivision No. 360 and that part of
Lots 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 29, lying east of a line parallel with and 40 feet
east of the following described centerline; commencing at a point on the north
line of Lot 19, Auditor's Subdivision No. 360, said point being 40 feet east of
the Northwest corner of said Lot 19; thence southerly and parallel with the west
line of said Auditor's Subdivision 809.27 feet; thence deflect to the left 500
17' 47'' on a 151.6 feet radius curve 133.08 feet; thence deflect to the right
350 24' 54'' on a 200 feet radius curve 123.62 feet to a point on the south line
of said Auditor's Subdivision and there terminating, together with existing
portions of adjoining Rhode Island Avenue vacated or to be vacated.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Golden Valley, that said above -referenced plat be, and the same hereby is,
accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized
and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all other
things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Stockman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen and the following voted against
the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Clerk.
