#82-013 03-02-82 Accept PUD #33 North Wirth ParkwayResolution 82-13 March 2, 1982 237 Member Johnson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF PLAN FOR PUD #33 - NORTH WIRTH PARKWAY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit Development Number 33 covering the following described tract of land: Lot 1, Block 1, North Wirth Parkway 1st Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that subject to the terms and conditions set out below, said above - referenced Planned Unit Development Number 33 be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, to the extent of the general plans of development contained on the following plans submitted to the City: 1. Site plan dated as revised January 25, 1982, prepared by Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc. and signed by Kenneth E. Grabow. 2. Preliminary plat prepared by Schoell and Madson, Inc., dated December 1, 1981, and signed by Carlisle Madson. 3. Landscape plan dated June 29, 1981, prepared by Robert A. Close and signed by Kenneth E. Grabow of Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc. 4. Stormwater drainage system plan dated December 28, 1981, drawn by CVJ, and signed by Kenneth E. Grabow of Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc. 5. Building elevations plan dated January 5, 1982 and signed by Kenneth E. Grabow, of Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc. 6. Typical floor plans dated February 26, 1982 and signed by Kenneth E. Grabow of Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc. THIS APPROVAL IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The amendment of the Development Agreement existing between M. A. Mortenson Co., Inc. and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Golden Valley, Minnesota, which is satisfactory to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Golden Valley, Minnesota, in a form which satisfactorily provides for the construction of the applicants' plans. 2. The amendment of the Restrictive Covenants made by M. A. Mortenson Co., Inc. in connection with the sale of property by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Golden Valley, Minnesota pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 462.525, which amendment is satisfactory to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Golden Valley, Minnesota. 3.
