Member Anderson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF PLAN
FOR PUD #30-B - MEDLEY PARK TOWNHOUSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit
Development Number 30-B, covering the following described tract of land:
Galant Patio Townhouses 1st Addition Outlots A, B, C, D, E, F and G; and
that part of the south 151 05/100 feet of the north 656 05/100 feet of the west
26 2/3 rods of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township
118, Range 21, lying south of the service road; and
the south 20 3/10 rods of the north 60 rods of the west 26 2/3 rods of the
northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 118, Range 21,
excluding the road.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that subject to the terms and conditions set out below, said above -
referenced Planned Unit Development Number 30-B, be, and the same hereby is,
accepted and approved, to the extent of the general plans of development
contained on the following plans submitted to the City:

Rieke, Carroll, Muller and Associates, Inc. and signed by Glenn Porter.
2. Rental Townhouse Grading Plan Sheet No. 1A, dated January 18, 1982,
