#82-060 07-06-82 Vacate Alley Glenwood Addition336 Resolution 82-60 July 6, 1982 Member Mitchell introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR VACATION OF ALLEY IN GLENWOOD ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing that in the interest of the public a portion of an alley in Glenwood Addition be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said portion of said public alley lying within the corporate limits of said City as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the same limits of the said City, be, and the same now is hereby vacated: All the Alley lying southerly of the north line of Lot 136 extended and northerly of the south line of Lot 126 extended, all in Glenwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, reserving however unto the City of Golden Valley an easement for drainage and utility purposes over and across all of said alley to be vacated as above provided. 47, ww- P., �r"' '�e - —L– � Roseblary • 1 • ATTEST: ��4a� L u y NalN, Deputy C y Clem The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Stockman and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen, and the following voted against the same: Johnson, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
