83-070 - 07-19 Accept Plat PUD #30-B Medley LaneResolution 83-70 July 19, 1983 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - PUD #30-B - MEDLEY LANE WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on proposed Planned Unit Development Number 30-B and a plat made a part thereof to be known as Medley Lane, PUD #30-B, covering the following described tracts of land: Outlots A, B, C, D, E, F and G, Galant Patio Townhouses 1st Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof; and That part of the north 990 feet of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 30, Township 118 North, Range 21, west of the fifth principal meridian, which lies westerly of Galant Patio Townhouses 1st Addition and which lies southerly of the following described line 'A': Commencing at a point on the west line of said plat of Galant Patio Townhouses 1st Addition, said point being 565.01 feet southerly as measured along said west line and its extension northerly, of the north line of said northwest quarter of the northwest quarter; thence westerly, parallel with said north line of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter 130.25 feet; thence southwesterly 206.00 feet, more or less, along a tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 218.87 feet and a central angle of 53 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds to the intersection with the south line of the north 655 feet of said northwest quarter of the northwest quarter; thence westerly along said south line to the west line of said northwest quarter of the northwest quarter and there terminating. According to the Government Survey thereof and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. _._ Rosemary horsen, fiayor ATTEST: J d Nal A-Puty ity Clerk Resolution 83-70 - Continued July 19, 1983 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Mitchell and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
