1. The dollar amount of the City's contribution to all Office, Technical and
Clerical employees for health and life insurance be increased from the
current $125.00 per month to $140.00 per month.
2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution to all supervisory employees be
increased from the current $162.44 per month to $174.69 per month, which is
the average of the three plans now available.
3. The car allowance now paid to authorized personnel be increased by ten (10)
percent. No increase in car allowances has been made for two years, so this
increase reflects the increase in cost of operation of a vehicle over the
past two -years period.
