84-006 - 01-17 - Vacating a Portion of Sunnyridge Lane and South Wirth AlleyResolution 84-6 January 17, 1984 Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR STREET VACATION - PORTIONS OF SUNNYRIDGE LANE AND SOUTH WIRTH ALLEY WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing that in the interest of the public that portions of Sunnyridge Lane and South Wirth Alley be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said portions of said public street and of said alley lying within the corporate limits of said City as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the same limits of the said City, be, and the same now is hereby vacated: The west one half of Sunnyridge Lane lying southerly of the north line of Lot 279 extended and northerly of the north line of Lot 281 extended, Glenwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota. and All of the alley lying southerly of the north line of Lot 279 extended and northerly of the north line of Lot 281 extended, Glenwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject however and reserving to the City an easement for public utility purposes and the maintenance thereof on, over and across all of said vacated one-half street, as described above.
