Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION REVOKING COUNTY MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS,
DOUGLAS DRIVE, FROM TH 55 TO NORTH LIMITS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that
the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a County Municipal State Aid
Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that the road described as follows, to -wit:
Douglas Drive, from TH 55 to North Limits (All of 521)
be, and hereby is, revoked as a County Municipal State Aid Street of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
for his consideration.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson, and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
