84-034 - 04-18 - Street Vacation Portion of Busch StreetResolution 84-34 April 18, 1984 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR STREET VACATION - PORTION OF BUSCH STREET WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that a portion of Busch Street be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said portion of said public street lying within the corporate limits of said City as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the said limits of the said City, be, and the same now is hereby vacated: That part of Busch Street as dedicated in the recorded plat of "BUSCH'S GOLDEN VALLEY ACRES HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA", which lies northerly of the easterly extension of the most northerly line of Lot 8 in said plat and lying between the west line of Lot 1 in said plat and the northerly extension of the most westerly line of said Lot 8. Yderson, Mayor ATTEST: J dy Na ly, Deput4 City Clerk r J's The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
