84-035 - 04-18 - Easement Vacation Busch Street cul-De-SacResolution 84-35 April 18, 1984 Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR EASEMENT VACATION - BUSCH STREET CUL-DE-SAC WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that an easement for the Busch Street cul-de-sac be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said portion of said public street lying within the corporate limits of said City as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the said limits of the said City, be, and the same now is hereby vacated: That part of Lot 8, "BUSCH'S GOLDEN VALLEY ACRES HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA" included in a tract of land described as being bounded by a circle having a radius of 50 feet and whose center point is 50 feet South of the South line of Lot 2, "BUSCH'S GOLDEN VALLEY ACRES HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA", as measured at right angles to said South line and 80 feet West of the West line of Lot 1, "BUSCH'S GOLDEN VALLEY ACRES HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA", as measured at right angles to said West line, including vacated Busch Street. k,., 6�17a�� Mary E. derson, Mayor ATTEST: f <� r J ` - Nal Deputy C y Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bakken and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
