BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City
of Golden
Valley that
it
hereby adopts the following general wages
and salaries
schedule,
for all
non-union personnel for the year 1985,
said schedule
to commence
for work
performed by the personnel named herein
effective

And, be it further resolved that:

1. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non -management employees
for health and life insurance be increased from the current $140.00 per
month to $155.00 per month effective January 1, 1985.
2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees be
increased from the current $174.69 per month to $186.00 per month effective
January 1, 1985, based on an average of the three plans now available.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson, and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
