84-135 - 12-17 - General Wages and Salaries Non Union PersonnelResolution 84-135 December 17, 1984 Member Johnson introduced the following adoption and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL WAGES AND SALARIES FOR 1985 FOR ALL NON UNION PERSONNEL BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that it hereby adopts the following general wages and salaries schedule, for all non-union personnel for the year 1985, said schedule to commence for work performed by the personnel named herein effective for the pay period beginning December 24, 1984. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all non -management employees for health and life insurance be increased from the current $140.00 per month to $155.00 per month effective January 1, 1985. 2. The dollar amount of the City's contribution for all management employees be increased from the current $174.69 per month to $186.00 per month effective January 1, 1985, based on an average of the three plans now available.
