85-019 - 02-19 Designate Lions Club Park Storm Sewer EasementsResolution 85-19 February 19, 1985 Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LIONS CLUB PARK STORM SEWER EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the City of Golden Valley is the fee owner of all the property described below; and WHEREAS, the City is desirous of constructing a storm sewer over a portion of said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that it hereby designates the following described parcels for storm sewer purposes: Said storm sewer easements being 30.0 and 35.0 feet wide in, on, over and across the following described Tract: Western Avenue Park, also known as Lions Club Park; The centerline of said 30 foot wide easement is described as follows: Commencing at a point in the south line of Western Avenue Park a distance of 15.0 feet east of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North parallel to the west line thereof, 660.0 feet; thence Northeasterly, deflecting to the right 22 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 170.0 feet; thence Northerly, deflecting to the left 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, to the southerly right-of-way line of Harold Avenue, and said centerline there terminating; and also; The north 35.0 feet of Western Avenue Park.
