85-044 - 05-07 Accept Plat Valley Village 2nd AdditionResolution 85-44 May 7, 1985 Member Johnson -introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - VALLEY VILLAGE 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has her tofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Valley Village 2nd Addition, covering the following described tracts of land: Lot 1, Block 1, and Lot 2, Block 1, That part of th of the Northwes southerly of th Company, as des east 400 feet o with and 1518.5 measured along corner thereof. VALLEY VILLAGE ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; VALLEY VILLAGE ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof. West 34-2/7 rods of the South 70 rods of the Southeast Quarter Quarter of Section 19, Township 29, Range 24, which lies south right-of-way line of the Electric Short Line Railroad ribed in Book 662 of Deeds page 428 and which lies west of the said West 34-2/7 rods and which lies east of a line parallel feet east from the west line of said Northwest Quarter, as he south line of said Northwest Quarter from the southwest WHEREAS, alll persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. An rson, Mayor tr The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy City Clerk.
