85-092 - 10-01 Vacate Drainage and Utility Easements Valley Square PlazaResolution 85-92 October 1, 1985 Member Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN VALLEY SQUARE PLAZA WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that certain drainage and utility easements lying with the plat of Valley Square Plaza be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley that said portion of that certain drainage and utility easement lying within the City of Golden Valley as described below, as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the said limits of said City, be and the same now is hereby vacated: That part of Lot 1, Block 1, VALLEY SQUARE PLAZA P.U.D. 47, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying within the Drainage and Utility Easement shown on said VALLEY SQUARE PLAZA P.U.D. 47 and described as lying 7.50 feet on each side of a centerline beginning at the intersection of the south line of said Lot 1 and a line 162.00 feet west of and parallel with the east line of said Lot 1; thence northerly along said centerline, being the west line of the east 162.00 feet of Lot 1 to a line 45.00 feet south of and parallel with the North line of said Lot 1; thence northeasterly, along said centerline, to a point on the east line of said Lot 1 distant 10.00 feet south of the most easterly northeast corner of said Lot 1 and there terminating.
