86-009 - 02-04 Approving Assignment of Ordinance Rights from AT&T to General Mills Inc Resolution 86-9 February 4, 1986 P4ember Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNPIENT OF ORDI�ANCE RIGHTS FR0�1 AT&T INFORMATION SYSTEPIS, INC. TO GENERAL ��ILLS, INC. WNEREAS, the City Council has heretofore enacted an ordinance conferring upon AT&T Information Systems, Inc. certain nonexclusive rights to locate, construct, operate, repair and maintain private telecommunications facilities in certain public grounds of the City of Golden Valley; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid ordinance, being Ordinance No. 677 duly adopted by this City Council on February 4, 1986, becomes effective according to Section 2.2 of its terms following its publication and its acceptance by AT&T Information Systems, Inc. ; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid ordinance further provides in Section 5 thereof that AT&T Information Systems, Inc. shall have the authority to assign all rights conferred upon it by the aforesaid ordinance subject to the approval of the City of Golden Valley; N04J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that it hereby authorizes and approves the assignment from AT&T Information Systems, Inc. to General Mills, Inc. of all of the nonexclusive rights conferred upon AT&T Information Systems, Inc. by the aforesaid Ordinance No. 677 effective from and after the date that said AT&T Information Systems, Inc. has filed its written acceptance of said ordinance with the City Clerk for the City of Golden Valley as set forth above.
