86-037 - 06-03 Acceptance of Plat - Manguson Addition Resolution 86-37 June 3, 1986
Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT - P1ANGUSON ADDITION*
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be
known as P�anguson Addition, covering the following described tract of land:
The North 99.75 feet of the South 199.55 feet of that part of the North 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 118 North, Range 21, West
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying East of the West 657.12 feet thereof and
excepting therefrom the East 234.8 feet.
The South 216.5 feet of the West 210.0 feet of all that part of the North 1/2 of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 118 North, Range 21,
West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying East of the West 657.12 feet thereof
and North of the South 299.25 feet thereof.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved,
and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to
sign the original copy of said plat and to do all other things necessary and
proper in the premises.

� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the h1ayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
