86-075 - 10-14 Negative Declaration on EAW-Golden Hills Redev District Resolution 86-75 October 14, 1986 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and �oved its adoption: RESOLUTION OF NEGATIVE DECLARATION ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR THE COLOP�NADE, HOTEL AND PARKING RAMP IN THE GOLDEN HILLS REDEVELOPP�ENT DISTRICT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the EAW for the Colonnade, hotel and parking ramp has been prepared and all public notices required by law made; and 2. The City has received certain comr�ents from various State and Federal agencies, and comment from the public and these comments have been considered by the City Council ; and 3.
