Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF PORTIONS
OF BOULEVARD RESTAURANT PROPERTY RECEIVED FROM
MnDOT TO GOLDEN VALLEY HRA
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Golden Valley ("HRA") and the Minnesota Department of Transportation entered
into Agreement No. 62167 which provides for the joint acquisition of certain
property in the Golden Hills Redevelopment District; and
WHEREAS, in the conveyance of a portion of the Boulevard Restaurant
property, the Minnesota Department of Transportation inadvertently conveyed
said property to the City of Golden Valley, rather than the HRA as provided in
said Agreement No. 62167;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes § 462.581 and
its general powers, that it authorizes conveyance to the HRA the real property
legally described as, or of the approximate legal description, contained on
attached Exhibit A, and it authorizes the Mayor or City Manager to execute the
appropriate documents accomplishing it.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member
Thompson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, Stockman and Thompson; and the following
voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the Deputy
City Clerk.
